Certificate of Need preparation and litigation challenging preliminarily approved Certificates of Need. Preparation and review of physician agreements. Preparation of client memorandums for health law and tax law issues. Taxpayer representation before the I.R.S. and the Florida Department of Revenue. Estate planning, including wills, codicils, trusts, powers of attorney and other ancillary estate planning documents. Preparation, review and negotiation of contracts and settlement agreements. Entity formation and operations. Bid Protests. Ms. St. John has represented clients before Florida courts, including the First District Court of Appeals, and administrative tribunals.
