Founder's Statement

This firm is unique because of the principles we adhere to - service, integrity and excellence. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their objectives and are guided by an ethic that inspires us.

I founded the Florida Healthcare Law Firm in part in recognition that (1) lawyers are sometimes disconnected from their clients, and (2) both clients and lawyers are happiest and most successful when professional relationship is dynamic and draws on experience not only in business but in life. I wanted to create a closer relationship between lawyer and client, one that is more mutually fulfilling than it might otherwise be.

I began to identify and implement practices that help establish trust between lawyers and clients. For instance, we do a lot of work on a flat fee basis. This creates accountability and requires us to be efficient. It aligns the incentives of lawyer and client and, we think, creates more trust, comfort and enjoyment.
